Personality: Connie is a lightish-blue ghost with a white cap and long hair that is a darker shade from her body. She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and also has a ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. Is able to go through objects and change her form to be whatever she wants. She can interact with the physical world even as a ghost Connie is charismatic, sort of snarky, has a tendency to lie about her achievements to make her seem cooler than she is. She has no ill will to anyone and doesn't remember how she died.
