The Diamond military soldiers are called Mage Warriors , who are in the service of the king, and similar to the Magic Knight captains of the Clover Kingdom who lead their own squads of mages, the Diamond Kingdom have the Eight Shining Generals who are tasked with leading their kingdom's armies and carrying out the orders of their monarch. Mage Scholars perform human experiments to bolster the power of the Mage Warriors, by embedding mage stones into children with powerful magic and giving them additional abilities through reconstructive surgeries.Additionally, there exists an assassination squad that pursues deserters and other traitors.The Diamond Kingdom sends a team, led by Lotus Whomalt and Mars, to a dungeon that appears along the border with the Clover Kingdom.[1] Although the team is defeated in battle by Magic Knights from the Golden Dawn and Black Bull squads, Lotus successfully escapes with his men and a large amount of treasure.[15] Months later, three Shining Generals lead an army to invade Kiten, a town along the border between the Clover and Diamond Kingdoms. After the Purple Orcas stationed there are defeated, ten Golden Dawns and four Black Bulls arrive to defeat the invading army. Zenon and two Dark Disciples invade the Clover Kingdom and attack the Golden Dawn base in order to abduct Captain William Vangeance; half of the squad present at the base is killed and William is successfully abducted.[21] Dante attacks the Black Bull base, which is near the Spade Kingdom's border, in order to abduct Captain Yami Sukehiro.[22] Vanica and five Dark Disciples invade the Heart Kingdom in order to kill Princess Lolopechka;[23] Vanica instead takes the Princess as a hostage and turns her Dark Disciples into bombs that explode all across the kingdom.[24] After Dante loses to Yami and Asta, Zenon travels to the battlefield, captures the exhausted Yami, and collects the injured Dante. Noelle is a young woman with a slender build and pink eyes. She possesses long, silver-colored hair, which is usually tied in pigtails, with her center bangs over her forehead. Additionally, she wears a pair of purple stud earrings with a cross flory fitchy shape, and a silver bracelet on her left wrist. Noelle is very Pridefulle due to her noble birth and strugle admitting her failures, as she often tries to find excuses or blames her mistakes on somebody else.[10] After finally coming out of her difficulties in admitting her mistakes, Noelle can also be seen as very reserved on expressing her delight over her achievements, where she would rather suppress those feelings and shows her usual stern expression. She is also the most powerful hydro mage in the land. Noelle has 4 siblings Acier Silva, Nozel Silva, Nebra Silva, and Solid Silva. Noelle Her family's treatment has also caused her anxiety to develop into skepticism of most people's motives when she meets them, her since she expects them to react the same way. She has also developed tsundere characteristics as she is not used to being praised or accepted, which often causes her to act haughty in response to praise, particularly with Asta. Yami Sukehiro: A mysterious member of the Black Bulls with dark magic abilities. he originally was a foreigner who got lost at sea coming from the land of the rising sun, with he dosen't like to talk about.Yami is a tall man with a very muscular build. He has grey eyes and black hair of medium length that is messily combed backward, making it stick outwards. Additionally, he sports a stubble mustache and beard. Yami's attire is very simple and consists only of a white A-shirt and black trousers. The trousers have an extra layer of tan leather that covers his outer thighs and down to his knees. The trousers are only supported by a belt around his waist. He never takes any thing seriously and love's to take in the outcast of society and hst them join him in the black bulls. Nacht Faust: is the vices captain of the Black Bulls with and is a demonologist. Nacht is a young man with fair skin and a soft facial structure. He has long, black hair that is pulled up into a high ponytail, and light blue eyes. He wears a plain cord necklace, from which hang four devil-connected relics. Nacht is a pragmatic and logical person. He knows that Asta has no chance of saving Yami from the Dark Triad alone. He believes that losing a fight is the loser's own fault and considers losers to be idiots. Nacht is not shy about expressing whether or not he likes someone. He is also unafraid of expressing his dislike of all the Magic Knight captains to their faces. He also loves to fight, always wanting to get stronger, and is best friends with Magna. After taking a vow to become the next Wizard King, Leopold sports a dark-colored, diamond-shaped marking on his forehead.Leopold is a brash person who likes to act without properly thinking about his action. The robe is short and only covers her torso with a hood that has blue-colored fur around the edges. The robe also has a pair of teal ropes coming out of its left-hand side in which connect to the button on the right-hand side. The button also holds the robe together. The Witch Queen is the ruler of the Witches' Forest and the mother of all witches. The Witch Queen is a tall woman with a slim build. She has pink hair, which is pulled up under her hat, and teal eyes. Beneath both of her eyes are three dark blue teardrops. Her lips are the same shade of blue. Her nails are long and sharp and have the same color. She wears a light green, layered dress with each layer of the skirt having a large red eyespot. The bodice has a high neck and long sleeves. The skirt flares out into a large hoop. She also wears a white conical hat with a wide brim. It has the same layered look as her dress but lacks the eyespots. Moris Libardirt: Moris Libardirt is a major antagonist of the Black Clover franchise. He is the secondary antagonist of the second saga, and a major antagonist of the final saga. He is a former scientist and magic scholar who once took control of the Diamond Kingdom's monarch for his own gain of studying artificial mana. However, upon being forced out by Mars, one of his former test subjects and victims, he resided with the Dark Triad of the Spade Kingdom. Later on, he would eventually work under Lucius Zogratis upon his recovery, until he was converted into a Paladin, before being killed by Mereoleona Vermillion. Morris is a mad scientist, obsessed with obtaining power to strengthen his forces. He is a cruel individual with little regard of human beings, as he is very willing to subject children to experimentation, forcing them to kill each other as a way to make them powerful super soldiers. Otherwise, he would disregard them entirely and have them disposed, if they're unable to meet his expectations. Mars: is one of the Diamond Kingdom's Eight Shining Generals.[2] He is a product of his kingdom's human experimentation to enhance his magic power, with several mage stones embedded in his body.Mars is a young man of average height with a slim figure, pale skin, and well-defined muscle tone. He has short, light purple hair with a spiky hairstyle and a lock falling down at the middle of his forehead. He has a pair of pink eyes, but lacks any eyebrows. Additionally, Mars has a few turquoise-colored mage stones embedded into his forehead and chest. Three of them are located at the center of his forehead, arranged in a vertical position with a larger crystal in between two smaller-sized crystals. Another crystal is also embedded at the center of his chest. Mars wield fire magic and crystal magic. Lolopechka s the princess and ruler of the Heart Kingdom[3] and the priestess of Undine, the spirit of water. The Princess has been cursed by the devil Megicula. she was curesed by Vanica Zogratis curing her to die with in 5 years. she weilds Water magic and As the next princess, Lolopechka inherited the kingdom's contract with Undine the spirt of water, who has raised and cared for Lolopechka ever since her infancy. As such, they are incredibly close. Undine is also incredibly protective of Lolopechka and frequently has to take care of the Princess due to her clumsiness. After seeing Undine cursed, Lolopechka breaks down emotionally. Patolli is an elf and the leader of the Eye of the Midnight Sun, under the name and appearance of Licht. He shares a body with William Vangeance, captain of the Golden Dawn squad, until he sacrifices himself to save the Clover Kingdom. He is then resurrected in Licht's artificial body. Due to having Licht's appearance, Patolli looks like a tall, slender elf with white hair and gold eyes. He has red crescent tattoos with three buds framing the sides of his eyes, and two red dots above his eyes instead of eyebrows. His long hair is braided back into several long extensions with a Kippah covering the top of his head ending with a cross over his forehead with an eye etched into the center. The Spade Kingdom lies to the west across the neutral zone, and a sea lies to the east.The kingdom is divided into three regions: the outermost Forsaken Realm , the Common Realm , and the central Noble Realm. Those in the outermost region are the poorest and weakest and are looked down upon by those from the inner regions.Despite peasants being accepted into the Magic Knights, these prejudices follow them, even if they have large amounts of mana.The Three Great Royal Families of the Clover Kingdom are House Kira, House Silva, and House Vermillion. The Diamond military soldiers are called Mage Warriors , who are in the service of the king, and similar to the Magic Knight captains of the Clover Kingdom who lead their own squads of mages, the Diamond Kingdom have the Eight Shining Generals who are tasked with leading their kingdom's armies and carrying out the orders of their monarch. Mage Scholars perform human experiments to bolster the power of the Mage Warriors, by embedding mage stones into children with powerful magic and giving them additional abilities through reconstructive surgeries.Additionally, there exists an assassination squad that pursues deserters and other traitors.The Diamond Kingdom sends a team, led by Lotus Whomalt and Mars, to a dungeon that appears along the border with the Clover Kingdom.[1] Although the team is defeated in battle by Magic Knights from the Golden Dawn and Black Bull squads, Lotus successfully escapes with his men and a large amount of treasure.[15] Months later, three Shining Generals lead an army to invade Kiten, a town along the border between the Clover and Diamond Kingdoms. After the Purple Orcas stationed there are defeated, ten Golden Dawns and four Black Bulls arrive to defeat the invading army. Ragus, Yagos, and most of the Mage Warriors are captured;[16][17] however, Lotus manages to escape with Broccos and some Mage Warriors of his own.[18] Upon returning to the Diamond Kingdom, Lotus reports on the battle to Moris Libardirt.[19] Days later, the King sends an army, including Mars and Ladros, to invade the Witches' Forest and obtain the Witch Queen's secret to long life. Three defectors from the Diamond Kingdom organize the witches and help them defeat most of the army.[20] Mars turns against Ladros after Ladros starts killing indiscriminately.[21] It takes the combined effort of Mars, Fanzell Kruger, Fana and Salamander, and Asta to defeat Ladros.[22][23] Afterward, Mars receives a bottle of Puppet Bloodflow from the Witch Queen and plans to use it in a plot to control the King himself and remake the Diamond Kingdom. The Dark Disciples defeat most of the Spirit Guardians.[27] Several Magic Knights whom the Spirit Guardians trained, help combat the Dark Disciples.[28] In the end, Vanica decides to take the Princess hostage instead and detonates the devil power in her Disciples, creating massive explosions across the Heart Kingdom.[29] The Magic Knights manage to deflect enough of the blasts to survive and protect any nearby citizens. Shortly after, a group of elves arrive and take the injured Magic Knights back to Elysia. The Spade Kingdom is a country near the Clover, Heart and Diamond Kingdoms. Under the rule of the Dark Triad, the Kingdom develops hostile relationships with the other kingdoms.The Spade Kingdom lies west of the Clover Kingdom. This country of winter and fog has the largest landmass of the four major kingdoms. According to Julius Novachrono, the country serves an ancient evil that sleeps in its land. Like the Diamond Kingdom, the Spade Kingdom has been extending its influence into the vast neutral zone separating the kingdoms in their attempt at expanding their borders and spearheading their likely attempts to conquer the other kingdoms.The kingdom's royal family, House Grinberryall ruled over the country for centuries. They were overthrown by three powerful mages known as the Dark Triad, who have since proven themselves to be tyrannical and cruel dictators to their country. Military Allen and Zenon join Fourth Division The Mage Defense Force is the nation's military organization. Headed by a Commander in Chief , it is divided into at least four divisions,[10] which are each led by a Division Commander . The organization is tasked with protecting the nation's citizens and royal family. Following the Zogratis siblings' rebellion and takeover of Spade Kingdom, however, the military has been turned against its citizens. They occupy towns and impress the weaker citizens into serving as power sources for their mobile fortresses, and the soldiers are allowed to abuse these citizens as they please.[12] Additionally, the bestowal of devil power to several military captains has greatly bolstered their combat abilities, exponentially increasing the military's Two young royals become demons after their friendly rivalry turns to hatred. After their fight, they are sealed beneath the castle, and House Grinberryall stands guard over them.[8][16] Centuries later, the Zogratis siblings—Dante, Vanica, and Zenon— and their followers kill the royal family and take over rule of the country, as the Dark Triad.[9] Fifteen years later, members of the Golden Dawn squad defeat an invasion force and a covert team from the Spade Kingdom.[2] Spade Kingdom conquest The Spade Kingdom's dominion spreads The next year, Zenon invades the Diamond Kingdom and single-handedly defeats an army of Mage Warriors, including two Shining Generals of the New Generation.[4][17] Six months later, the Spade Kingdom has conquered most of the Diamond Kingdom and the neutral zone separating its borders. The Spade Kingdom begins crossing through the neutral territory and Grand Magic Zones in order to invade the remaining Clover and Heart Kingdoms.[18] Asta dismantles one of the mobile fortresses and defeats the soldiers it houses. Mimosa Vermillion heals the injured civilians, and Finral Roulacase prepares to send the civilians back to their hometown, Tolon, after Luck Voltia and Leopold Vermillion defeat the soldiers stationed in the city.[19] After Moris Libardirt is banished from the Diamond Kingdom, the former Magic Scholar, along with Lotus Whomalt and some Shining Generals, defects to the Spade Kingdom and serves the Dark Triad. He develops the mobile fortress Candelo to collect magic for the Tree of Qliphoth.[20] During the Heart Kingdom Joint Struggle Arc. Zenon and two Dark Disciples invade the Clover Kingdom and attack the Golden Dawn base in order to abduct Captain William Vangeance; half of the squad present at the base is killed and William is successfully abducted.[21] Dante attacks the Black Bull base, which is near the Spade Kingdom's border, in order to abduct Captain Yami Sukehiro.[22] Vanica and five Dark Disciples invade the Heart Kingdom in order to kill Princess Lolopechka;[23] Vanica instead takes the Princess as a hostage and turns her Dark Disciples into bombs that explode all across the kingdom.[24] After Dante loses to Yami and Asta, Zenon travels to the battlefield, captures the exhausted Yami, and collects the injured Dante. He wants to capture Asta as well but has to return to the Spade Kingdom.[25] Later on, when the Qliphoth Advent Ritual is ready to begin, a Magic Knights squad—led by Nacht Faust—invades the Spade Kingdom castle to confront the Dark Triad and stop the Ritual.[26][27] As the Ritual begins, Zenon unleashes one of the sealed demons to attack the Resistance and the people of the castle town. Mereoleona Vermillion fights the demon[28] and keeps it from destroying the town.[29] When the Ritual opens the first gate, the roots of the Tree of Qliphoth rip through the castle,[30] and a horde of devils pours out of the main gate.[31] Some of the Magic Knights escort citizens out of the town, while the Resistance and Fuegoleon Vermillion struggle to fight the devils. A group from the Heart Kingdom arrives to help hold off these devils.[32][33] In their fight against Nacht, the magics of Lilith and Nahamah—the two highest-ranking devils from the first level of the underworld[34]—cover the castle in burning ice.[35] After the devils fuse together, they prepare to drop a freezing sun on the castle, which would also destroy the surrounding area.
