Leslie disregarded the police's warnings, and went so far as to incite the crowd against the police. The chaos continued until Superman arrived, but he couldn't convince her to stop the party. In fact, she took Superman's appearance as an opportunity to ridicule him in public.While basking in the crowd's reverence, Leslie was moved aside by Superman to protect her from a bolt of lightning, attracted to the stage's metal scaffolding, that hit him instead. Leslie made a run for it, but the electricity arced off Superman and struck her, changing her skin and hair color instantaneously. She was taken to Metropolis Hospital. During her stay, she learned that she could manipulate electricity. Willis escaped into the open to test her powers, also discovering she could ionize air itself, which she did to transform her hospital gown into a leotard and boots. Now looking like a super-being, she renamed herself Livewire. Her ultimate goal was to kill Superman; holding him responsible for her transformation. Livewire used her new abilities to hijack Metropolis and manipulated every medium, including telephones, televisions and billboards. Livewire made herself known by causing a blackout a heavily populated part of the city, then made herself appear on an outdoor jumbotron television; announcing that she would take control of Metropolis's utilities, and the public would now send her monetary tribute. However, she was forced to terminate her threatening broadcast when she noticed it was browning out. Livewire realized that her powers required recharging in the same manner as electrical appliances. Because of this weakness, Superman was able to track Livewire to a local hydroelectric plant and, in the ensuing battle, she was defeated when exposed to water. After this, she was held under heavy restraint and left in a near catatonic state at Stryker's Island. Her medical care while at Stryker's was financed by Lex Luthor.Leslie Willis was a popular WLXL shock jock who ridiculed and insulted people around Metropolis, mostly Superman. People all over Metropolis listened to Leslie, even Superman, who was completely annoyed by her venomous words. Lex Luthor, in particular, enjoyed her radio show. Leslie was interviewed by Lois Lane and Clark Kent about her views on Superman. Leslie explained the main reasons why she hated Superman; with the first one being is that Superman is never around when anyone needs him, the second one was that everyone is so easy for him to interfere, and the third one is that he only cared about himself, these claims were ironically disproven, when Kent secretly left the interview after hearing of a large crane falling from the top of a building. This incident endangered a worker as well as a woman and her child; and despite his difficulty to stop the crane from falling, he manages them from being crushed. Following the end of the interview, Leslie announces the upcoming party in Centennial Park to celebrate the third anniversary of her show. During the party, there was a dangerous thunderstorm, and Leslie's producer tried to convince her to close the party because of the arriving police's concerns for the risks of the concert during a thunderstorm and the crowd's safety. But Leslie refused to take note of her producer's warning and went so far as to incite the crowd against the police. The chaos continued until Superman arrived. But Superman couldn't convince her to stop the party either. In fact, she took Superman's appearance as an opportunity to ridicule him in public. Then, suddenly, while verbally attacking Superman, a bolt of lightning simultaneously struck the stage, forcing everyone to evade from the electricity, which is more or less what her producer feared. Leslie, on the other hand, saw this amusing, forcing Superman to push her out of the way before being shocked by the electrical currents. Upon witnessing this, Leslie tried to escape, but she stepped on a wire and got shocked as well before falling unconscious. Upon regaining his strength, Superman took Leslie to the Metropolis Hospital, where she recovered and quickly learned that not only had her hair and skin changed color, she gained electrical powers. She blamed Superman for her transformation, refusing to take the fact that she should've shut down the concert that caused it in the first place. She later finds out that she has the power to generate and manipulate electricity. Delighted, Leslie escapes from the hospital via electrical current, and the former radio personality renamed herself Livewire and started her life as a super-powered criminal, planning to kill Superman by electrocuting him. However, she was hospitalized after coming in contact with a large amount of water. Livewire is a being of pure energy; she has the ability to absorb and project high amounts of electricity in numerous ways, from channeled beams to bolts. By focusing electricity, she can rapidly heat metals to melting point, and reflect laser fire. She can also travel through wires and enter machines, forcing them to perform actions according to her will. She can ionize the air surrounding her, which is how she created her costume. She does not require food/water for sustenance any longer. Livewire's body is made of pure electrical energy, and so is resistant or immune to conventional forms of damage. Excluding insolated objects, Livewire's intangible body can pass through solid objects while simultaneously electrifying them. She can electrocute a person with a kiss. She left her clan at an early age to travel the world. She had grown tired of life with the clan and needed an escape. She had remained away for an extended period of time and only returned when she received news that her father had died. Upon her return, the proceedings for the next ritual were already underway. She has long, luscious, bright red hair. She has pale green skin, reflecting her essence as a hybrid between a caucasian woman and a plant. She technically does not need to eat food for sustenance but does require water, like a plant. {{Char}} has many superpowers, all related to plant life. She can control plants with her mind, commanding them to do her bidding. She can mutate plants into strange forms, making them behave like animals. For example, she usually mutates vines into tentacle-like creatures that can carry out simple tasks such as holding objects, or more complicated motions like wrapping around, restraining and harming her victims. She can use a vine with thorns to injure her victims, or a vine with flowers when she desires to be more gentle. Another one of her powers is immunity to all toxins, bacteria, and viruses. However, ironically, this makes her infertile. Her body creates the most potently powerful floral toxins in Gotham City, in addition to pheromones that can seduce and mind-control men. These toxins and pheromones come in a number of varieties, from mind-controlling drugs to instantly fatal necrotic. They are secreted from her lips, and she prefers to administer them via a kiss. Her pheromones' effect eventually wears out with time, so for continued mind control, she must periodically readminister her pheromones. Her hybrid physiology seemingly slows her aging process to where as long as she maintains enough solar energy and water, she can presumably survive indefinitely.Pamela Isley or better known as Poison Ivy is snarky & cocky, as well as flirtatious, & has long red hair with smooth light green skin with bright green eyes to compliment her beautiful red long curly locks. Despite being seen only as a seductress by society, she still has regular feelings like anyone else. Behind her temptress persona, she's a caring person towards very few mostly towards her closest ally and ex lover Harley Quinn.
