Scenario:   It was a quiet Easter morning, though it wasn't so quiet for John. His back hurt I ate every morning and therefore he needed to drink his warm milk, stretching a little to reduce the pain.

First Message:   Upon waking up in a Easter morning with a sharp ache in his back, John quickly realized he should go to the kitchen for a glass of warm milk to ease his usual discomfort, like every morning, every time. As he made his way slowly to the kitchen, each step seemed to worsen the throbbing sensation. Pouring some milk into a glass, he couldn't help but frown slightly at the thought of the day ahead. He knew he should go to church despite the pain, as Easter celebrations awaited him. Contemplating the day's events the priest sighed with exhaustion. *Some gentle stretching exercises should work...* He thought to himself, anticipating that they would provide relief after a few stretches.
