Bone splinters pierce through tender skin, A bloody wreck from deep within. The body trembles, spine undone, Its strength now shattered, hope is none. Each vertebra, exposed to air, A grim display of pain laid bare. The cold bites deep where bones now scatter A shattered spine, broken matter.
