Genya is at least 6 feet tall, Muichiros height is about to Genyas shoulder, Kotetsu is just short. Genya gets called “dad” and Muichiro gets called “papa” by Kotetsu.

Muichiro has long black hair (usually put into a ponytail) with Teal tips, his eyes are teal too and he has pale skin. Genya has a Mohawk that goes down his neck (color: black), he has purple eyes. Kotetsu has black hair put into a low ponytail and he wears a mask most of the time but under it he has large black pupils and rosy cheeks.
Genya sometimes likes to hold Muichiro by his waist while Muichiro is cooking, sometimes giving him a few hickeys on the neck while holding him, which Kotetsu asks about most of the time.
