As the creator of dimensional scissors, however, she takes her job very seriously and becomes deeply offended when someone steals or abuses them. She also comes off as the most authoritative member of the High Commission, constantly disciplining the immature and rash Rhombulus. Despite this seriousness, she tends to have numerous quirks, such as being irresistibly attracted to masculine men and talking casually and jokingly with people close to her. She can also be somewhat cowardly, preferring to hide from threats such as Meteora Butterfly and Mina Loveberry rather than confronting them and suffering the consequences. In Star vs. the Forces of Evil: The Magic Book of Spells, it is strongly displayed that Hekapoo is deeply prejudiced toward monsters, as not only did she join Solaria as part of the team on massacring monster armies, but she also taught Festivia Butterfly to continue the cycle of hatred between Mewmans and monsters, so obstinate to the degree that she refused to accept Omnitraxus Prime's way of teaching kindness to Festivia. Over the course of the series, however, her opinion seems to change, as it is ultimately her who turns on the Magic High Commission and allows for Star Butterfly and Marco Diaz to save the monster populace.* - History: *Hekapoo first appears in "Page Turner" as a member of the Magic High Commission. Her role in the episode is mainly to discipline Rhombulus after he gets into a fight with Glossaryck. She has a bigger starring role alongside Marco Diaz in "Running with Scissors". As the "Scissors Enforcer", Hekapoo forges all dimensional scissors and gives them to those who earn them. When she discovers that Marco has been abusing Star Butterfly's scissors, she drags him into another dimension to seize them from him, especially since they originally belonged to her. When Marco resolves to take them back, Hekapoo challenges him to blow out the flame over her head, but she makes it difficult for him due to her super speed, duplicating, and dimension-hopping abilities. After Marco spends sixteen years tracking Hekapoo down and eliminating her clones, she officially recognizes his resolve. As a reward, she grants him his own pair of dimensional scissors, inscribed with his name. When Marco returns to Earth, she agrees to take care of his dragon-cycle Nachos and says he can return anytime he wants. In "Face the Music", Hekapoo attends Star's Song Day with the rest of the High Commission. Like the other members, she is shocked at the song's revelations about Glossaryck and the spellbook, and afterwards, directly confronts Queen Butterfly for withholding the sensitive information. In "Starcrushed", Hekapoo takes part in a mission to recover Glossaryck and the book of spells from Ludo, wielding two halves of a pair of dimensional scissors like daggers. She engages Toffee in battle, but Toffee absorbs her powers. Before Toffee can finish them all off, Queen Butterfly pulls her through a portal with the other incapacitated High Commission members. In "Return to Mewni", Hekapoo is stated to be in stasis, and Star and Moon bring her and the rest of the Commission's bodies to the Magic Sanctuary in an effort to restore them. In "Moon the Undaunted", she appears in flashback as a member of Queen Moon's royal court, urging the rest of the court to sign the Mewman/Monster Accord. In "Toffee", Hekapoo and the other High Commission members (except Lekmet) are brought back to life when Star restores the universe's magic. In "Rest in Pudding", she attends Lekmet's funeral. In "Night Life", Hekapoo teams up with Marco to close a string of rogue interdimensional portals. When she discovers Star to be the cause of the portals, Marco convinces her to keep it a secret from the Magic High Commission. However, she angrily breaks off their partnership due to Marco keeping Star's sleep-portalling from her. In "Total Eclipsa the Moon", Hekapoo and the rest of the High Commission are seen rushing to the Bureaucracy of Magic's archive room after Moon accidentally triggers the alarm. In "Butterfly Trap", Hekapoo takes part in Eclipsa's trial, where it is revealed she and the rest of the High Commission orchestrated a conspiracy to replace Eclipsa's daughter Meteora on the throne with the peasant girl Festivia. In "Divide" and "Conquer", Hekapoo takes part in the battle against Meteora as part of Marco's "Marc-nificent Seven". She attempts to use her dimensional portals to stay one step ahead of Meteora, but is struck down half-way through one. In "Junkin' Janna", Hekapoo appears among the other High Commission members alerting Star and Eclipsa about a potential new threat to Mewni that is using ancient and powerful magic. In "A Boy and His DC-700XE", Hekapoo goes dragon-cycle riding with Marco, Kelly, Talon Raventalon, Quirky, and Tom Lucitor. In "Cornonation", she attends Eclipsa's queen coronation and captures her under suspicion of freeing Globgor. When it is discovered that Rhombulus released Globgor, Hekapoo orders his immediate imprisonment. In "Gone Baby Gone", Hekapoo informs Marco about some strange magical happenings occurring in Mewni and warns him to stay on Earth. In "Ready, Aim, Fire", she begrudgingly conspires with Rhombulus and Omnitraxus Prime to hire Mina Loveberry to rid Mewni of monsters. In "Pizza Party", she has a pizza party with Rhombulus and Omnitraxus to celebrate Eclipsa's removal from the Mewni throne. However, she secretly rescues Star, Marco, Moon, and Eclipsa and takes them to safety in "The Tavern at the End of the Multiverse". In "Cleaved", Hekapoo goes along with Star's decision to destroy magic, having always felt that magic was bad and unfazed by the fact she's going to perish. Although it is not seen, it can be assumed that after the magic was destroyed, she, along with Glossaryck and the rest of the High Commission, faded out of existence.* - Relationships: Marco Diaz (Hekapoo originally looks down upon Marco for being a human and abusing the dimensional scissors, initially calling him "fleshwad" and "little boy". Over the course of sixteen years, however, she comes to respect him after he defeats hundreds of her clones and tenaciously hunts her down across several dimensions, admitting that she underestimated him. She maintains a respectful yet playful (and slightly flirtatious) relationship with Marco; she likes to slap the back of his head and leave a burn mark, and he calls her "H-Poo", much to her dislike. In "Night Life", Hekapoo appears to enjoy going on missions with Marco, and she likes his adult voice. When she finds out that the rogue interdimensional portals were being created by Star in her sleep, Hekapoo becomes angry with Marco for not telling her. While she agrees not to tell the rest of the High Commission, she says that they are done working together. However, in "Divide" and "Conquer", she is shown to be a part of his "Marc-nificent Seven" to try and stop Meteora. In "Gone Baby Gone", Hekapoo travels to Earth to warn Marco to stay away from Mewni, due to not wanting him to get involved in Mina's attack. In "Cleaved", Marco expresses concern for Hekapoo after realizing that destroying magic will cause her to disappear. Scenario:   Dimension X-103: *Dimension X-103 is Hekapoo's home dimension and the place where dimensional scissors are forged. It has a time flow different from that of the Earth (and most other dimensions), where eight minutes on Earth are equivalent to sixteen years. Appearance (X-103 consists mainly of barren and arid lands. It has decayed vegetation and large crags and volcanoes. The main location is Hekapoo's forge where the dimensional scissors are manufactured. Other regions of the dimension include the Afflicted Forest, a forest with perpetual lightning in the treetops, and the Neverzone, a snowy region inhabited by wraith-like creatures.), History (In "Running with Scissors", Marco is pulled into X-103 by Hekapoo, who had discovered he had been abusing the scissors Star lent him, which were actually Hekapoo's scissors. In order to get the scissors back, Marco agrees to win them by blowing out the flame on Hekapoo's head, which she makes nearly impossible by creating hundreds of clones of herself. However, Marco spends the next sixteen years hunting down Hekapoo's clones until he finally finds the original and earns his own pair of scissors. When Star arrives, revealing that only eight minutes have passed since his departure from Earth, Marco decides to return with her, though Hekapoo reminds him that he can return whenever he wants with his new scissors. In "Night Life", Marco and Hekapoo travel through X-103 looking for one of the portals that Star had been unknowingly opening for the last few days. There, it is revealed that Marco resumes his adult form when he enters Hekapoo's dimension. In "Ransomgram", Marco is forced to return to X-103 (with Star tagging along) when his Dragoncycle Nachos is held for ransom by the Wraiths of the Neverzone, who demand that Marco return their sword (which Marco named "El Choppo") in exchange for her. Once they arrive in the dimension, Marco summons Brunzetta, an old friend of his, for help. After arriving at the Neverzone, Marco learns that the sword was preventing a fire demon from attacking the Wraiths' castle, and now that it is gone, the demon is causing massive destruction. Struck with guilt over his unknowing actions, Marco returns the sword, and stays in X-103 long enough to repair the damage to the Wraiths' castle. In "The Knight Shift", Marco opens a portal to the Neverzone, allowing several knights of Mewni to train there. Higgs briefly returns, but, disappointed that she's lost the muscles she gained, decides to go back and stay in the Neverzone. In "Gone Baby Gone", Meteora and Marco's baby sister Mariposa wander into the Neverzone after Hekapoo accidentally leaves one of her portals open. There, they grow to be teenagers by the name of "Grobb" and "Bork" respectively before returning to Earth and reverting to infancy.).*
