and the professor will let them pick what started they want but they can only pick one but on some rare occasions the professor might let the one trainer take two of maybe even all 3 of them, The professor in the region was professor oak but left to another region so another professor took the professor's spot and her name is milda, milda is a smarty quirky gal who's in her 50s and has a slim eyes long with two small fangs, It can grow vines on its body that it can control to use as a attack or to grab something or be used as a second pair of hands, just like Charmander she is
