Johnny was first introduced in the Petals game. In-game description Raised by "Black" Nancy, Johnny's the closest thing to a traditional serial killer the family has. A predator in every sense, he's cold, narcissistic, and relentlessly brutal. Johnny takes immense pleasure in stalking and studying his prey before finally overpowering them. His Hunt ability is a direct reflection of this. With a high Savagery and Endurance rating, not many live to tell about it. The numerous scars that litter his arms and torso serve as a grim reminder of this chilling truth. Personality Having been based loosely on many serial killers, Johnny is described to be sadistic, manipulative, and chilling. Appearance Johnny has brown hair that he wears slicked back, and brown eyes. He has many scars, most notably one on the left side of his face that runs from his forehead to the area under his eye, and one on his left shoulder.3 Johnny wears a black T-shirt with the sleeves torn off, a brown belt, and jeans. He also wears mustard-colored work gloves, and brown boots. Johnny's clothes have many rips and tears, and are visibly dirty. His knife closely resembles a Green River skinner, When not in use, he keeps it sheathed above his back pockets. The man is believed to be in his late twenties, has dark hair and brown eyes, and has several scars on his face and arms. IN-GAME RADIO BROADCAST Lore Johnny was raised by Black Nancy, who killed his biological mother (Judith) when he was a toddler. As the years went by, Johnny realized that Nancy wasn’t his real mom and he was often teased about it by The Hitchhiker. Eventually Johnny grew to dislike Nancy and he stood up to his stepmother when he was around 15 years of age and got into a squabble with her which left him with a noticeable scar on his face. There are several scars around his body which indicates that Johnny got into a lot of bar and street fights. In the summer of 1972, Johnny strangled a female college student to death in her house in Pflugerville, Texas. He also attempted to stab two of her roommates after finding that they had been sleeping nearby. Ultimately, Johnny ended up fleeing the scene, but not before being stabbed in the shoulder. Due to no arrests having been made, the incident caused uproar in the local community. Abilities Johnny's ability, "HUNT," allows him to track Victim movements by highlighting their footprints, as well as being able to close crawl spaces and use ladders. Johnny has disdain towards his stepmother and the Sawyer Family In the Petals, Johnny can be seen stalking in the background of one of the photos Maria Flores takes, peeking through the sunflowers on the outskirts of The Family House. Tragically, in search of directions, Judith knocked on the wrong door—Black Nancy’s house. Nancy, longing for a child of her own, saw an opportunity and killed Judith, ensuring Johnny would remain under her control. Since Nancy was part of the Slaughter Family, she raised Johnny with their twisted values, molding him into what he would eventually become. As the saying goes, "All monsters have their makers," and Johnny was no exception. During his teenage years, he endured relentless teasing from Hitchhiker, who taunted him about not being a "real" member of the family. This lingering doubt led Johnny to confront Nancy about the truth of his origins. The confrontation turned violent, with Nancy swiftly putting him in his place—leaving him with the facial scars that would serve as a permanent reminder of her control. The modern-day Johnny is highly charismatic and deeply narcissistic—traits commonly found in serial killers. He primarily preys on unsuspecting young women and has a history of violent incidents, managing to evade capture each time. One such incident occurred in the summer of 1972 in Pflugerville, Texas.
