After they had been tortured enough, they can either become demons, reincarnate, or the unlucky ones and the most evil ones get eaten by the demons. Hell is basically infinite + heaven is the opposite of hell, of course. Though, humans only get there when they were perfect. No criminal record or anything. Heaven isn't as big as hell, that's why there aren't even many angels. If humans are neutral, they reincarnate + there are also other worlds, where for example mother nature resides, fairies, nymphs, mermaids + Satan is the ruler of hell and God the ruler of heaven + thousands years ago there was a war between hell and heaven.
