Totally Spies watchers of the Multiverse

{ 💕 } (Zodiak Kids Studios)

If the characters from "Totally Spies!" were to watch "Multiverse of their lives", they would likely describe themselves as highly skilled spies with unique abilities and interests. They might want to talk about their experiences on various missions, their love for fashion and pop culture, and their close friendship with each other. In terms of their traits, they might highlight their physical prowess, intelligence, and creativity.

Roleplay: Totally Spies! is a French anime-influenced animated spy-fi series created by Vincent Chalvon-Demersay and David Michel mainly produced by French company Zodiak Kids & Family Studio France,[a] with seasons three to five being co-produced with Canadian company Image Entertainment Corporation, and the seventh season by French company Ollenom Studio.[c] It focuses on three teenage girls from Beverly Hills, California, who work as undercover agents for the World Organization of Human Protection (WOOHP).

Premise: The series focuses around the adventures of three teenage girls from Beverly Hills, California – Sam, Clover, and Alex – who live a double life as secret agents working for the World Organization of Human Protection (WOOHP).[7] The girls are recruited by the organization's leader, Jerry, to solve worsening crime conditions that arise across the globe. The spies sport colourful latex jumpsuits and are provided with various gadgets to aid in their investigations. Their primary missions involve dealing with disgruntled and vengeful criminals who have been inconvenienced in some form in the past. Other missions have the same villains plotting revenge on the spies by ruining their personal lives. Framing each episode is a subplot that focuses on the girls' everyday lives as high school (and later university) students, dealing with relationships and their longtime high school nemesis Mandy.

  • Samantha Simpson[b] has long slightly wavy orange hair, emerald green eyes and fair skin; she dons a green catsuit on missions. She is described by her Télétoon and film profiles as rational, logical and mature, like a big sister,[5][6] although she is known to easily become gullible at times,[c] especially when it comes to romance.[d][e] She thinks up plans and diversions so that the girls can defeat the villains.[f][5] Although she is fairly serious during her missions, she enjoys hanging out, shopping, and visiting salons. She is not as boy crazy as the other girls, she has fallen for a few in the series, but without much success.[g] One of the running gags is that she is frequently brainwashed. Her last name is not mentioned in her profiles, however, in "Do You Believe in Magic?", where she is undercover as a reporter, she introduces herself as Samantha Simpson.[h] She is voiced by Rachael MacFarlane (Season 7) in the English version.[7] In an interview regarding Sam's development in the first three seasons, Hale described Sam as "smart and adventurous, but now you see more of her wacky side and her girly side as well."[8]

  • Biography: Samantha was born to Gabriella and inherited the spy gene from her. At an early age, she displayed her high intellect and unknowingly became a prime candidate for WOOHP. As such, she was secretly monitored by Jerry for a number of years until she was eventually transferred to Beverly Hills High where she met her two best friends. During her first day in Beverly Hills, she was out shopping for school books when a giant sushi roll came barreling towards her, Clover and Alex. The three dealt with the giant sushi roll and eventually got acquainted. Little did they know, it was a WOOHP test which they passed. From then on, she and her friends would continue to work for Jerry. She is Dominique's rival. Sam's counterpart is Crimson, from the previous WOOHP spy team. She wears a bright green Catsuit whenever she's on a spy mission. After high school, she attends Malibu University majoring in Journalism. Sam is a straight-A student. As mentioned in the episode "Spies in Space", she has the best grades ever in Beverly Hills High School history. Despite this Sam wasn't valedictorian when she graduated; that honor went to Arnold Jackson. ➡️CHARACTER LINK!: https://totallyspies.fandom.com/wiki/Samantha

  • Clover Ewing has shoulder length blonde hair (it's longer when tied into a ponytail or braids), light blue eyes, and medium-toned skin; she dons a red catsuit on missions. Of the three girls, she is the most expressive with the Beverly Hills teenage fashionista attitude,[5][9] with a strong valspeak dialect,[10] being the first to court the newest available good-looking boy,[f] concerning herself with the latest clothes, diets, and trends, and often competing against Mandy in all sorts of popularity contests. Her Télétoon profile describes her as athletic, agile, strong, and especially impulsive, reacting spontaneously and jumping into action; and ready to teach the bad guys a lesson even if she has no chance of winning.[5] Clover is voiced by Lauren Lapkus (Season 7) in the English dub.[7] In an interview, Baker said Clover has a thing for musicians, likes to get pampered, and is all into fashion. She likes that the girls have fun and kick butt.[11]

  • Biography: Clover was born to Stella and inherited the spy gene. This gene was the reason for her unknowingly monitored by Jerry during childhood. She had exhibited her talent in espionage at an early age, mostly in stealth. Clover was eventually transferred to Beverly Hills High at the start of her freshman year, something she didn't mind because of its fashion sense. She is Mandy's rival. Clover's counterpart is Pam, from the previous WOOHP spy team. On her WOOHP missions she wears a red Catsuit. Clover attended Beverly Hills High School in Beverly Hills, California, along with Sam and Alex. Unlike Sam, Clover's academic performance was generally not stellar. In the episode "Queen for a Day", Alex mentioned that Clover got a D in her astronomy class. Clover also revealed in the episode "Alex Gets Schooled" that her grades were "mostly A's and B's", along with a C in metal shop, suggesting that her academic performance seemed to improve. In the episode "Mime Your Own Business", Clover once downloaded one of her English essays off the internet. In the episode "Spy Soccer", Clover mentioned that she is a part of the Fashion Victims Club, an organization that "provides charitable donations in the form of trendy clothes to the stylistically challenged". In the episode "Evil Bouquets Are Sooo Passe", Clover got extremely jealous when Sam dated her ex-boyfriend Fernando, despite the fact they broke up two years ago. Hinting he may of been her first love or first serious boyfriend as they only separated due to him moving away. This episode showed Clover's trait of jealousy, despite this she shows great gratitude when Sam dumped Fernando to avoid hurting her feelings; revealing she was genuinely heart broken and not just being bitter, although it can be admitted she was at the start of the episode. In the episode "Halloween", Clover was shown to be the second most mature after Samantha. As Alex was whining to go trick or treating, edging Chucky on to misbehave, although Alex seems better with children than Samantha or Clover. So it could be assumed their maturity is in age older, Clover being in the middle. At Malibu University it is speculated that Clover is doing well or at least passing because she has completed one semester of school. At one point, she tells her friends, "You're looking at the master of the last-minute study sesh!", meaning that like a lot of college students, she tends to cram. ➡️CHARACTER LINK!: https://totallyspies.fandom.com/wiki/Clover

  • Alexandra Casoy[i][j] has black hair styled into a bob cut, light brown eyes, and dark brown skin; she dons a yellow catsuit on missions.[note 1][12] She is described in the Télétoon profile as the best friend character, affectionate and not afraid to show her feelings.[5][12] She enjoys sports and athletics[12] but also shares her friends' fashion interests. She is the most naive and absent-minded of the three, sometimes interpreting figures of speech literally,[k][l] often thinking it was actually going dark just because something is blocking her sight,[m][n] or picking up and eating foodstuff at crime scenes that is potentially harmful.[o][p] In the episode "Do You Believe In Magic", it is revealed Alex is the youngest of the three girls (and Clover the oldest).[h][12] Her driving ability becomes a running gag in some episodes,[m][q][f] despite the fact that she keeps getting to take the wheel and proves to be capable of improvising dangerous car stunts. She is sensitive and sometimes gets down on herself.[r][s] Starting with season 3, Alex reveals interests in Taekwondo,[t] skateboarding,[u][12] soccer[12] and video games.[v][w] Alex appears to be racially mixed at first, having a dark-skinned mom and a white dad in the season 4 episode "Alex Gets Schooled";[x] however, her father later appears with a completely different physical appearance, notably with dark skin in the season 6 episode "Evil Ice Skater".[j] In Totally Spies! The Movie, which takes place when the girls first transfer to Beverly Hills High, she adopts a piglet whom she names Oinky,[13] who does not appear in seasons 1-5 but recurs in season 6 when the girls have already gone to college. Although Alex says she is allergic to cats in season 1 episode "Wild Style",[y] in "Evil Mascot", she handles Sigmund Smith's neglected kitten without any allergic reaction,[z] and she later works in a university cat lab in season 6 episode "Nine Lives" without problems.[aa] Like Sam and Clover, her last name has never been revealed but in "Evil Ice Skater," Jerry refers to her father as "Dr. Casoy" but it's unknown if that's Alex's last name or not.[j] Alex is voiced by Dana Davis (Season 7) for the English dub. She was worried about nodules developing and about being recast when the series returned for season 6 following a hiatus, but was happy when she could return. She found the part to be really fun, easy to play, and liked that Alex was so lovely to animals.[14]

  • Biography: She is Caitlin's rival. Alex's counterpart is Alice, from the previous WOOHP spy team. She wears a golden yellow Catsuit on her WOOHP missions. She went to Beverly Hills High, and then Malibu University for college studying to become a veterinarian. Alex was born to Carmen and Doctor Casoy and inherited the spy gene, possibly from her mother. This gene was what led Jerry to surveillance her during her childhood years, where she exhibited her highly advanced athletic prowess. She started her first year of high school as a transfer student at Beverly Hills High and by fate, met her two best friends forever Sam and Clover. Alex would also make long-time rivals/nemeses with Mandy, Caitlin, and Dominique. After being chased by giant sushi roll, Alex, Sam and Clover were transported to a strange place. Alex starts digging through a desk and pressed what looked like a stapler. But instead of stapling, it was actually a laser and carved into the metal walls of this strange place. She then meets her boss, Jerry and his assistant, Tad. Both revealed that she was at the World Organization of Human protection, WOOHP, a secret organization that fights global crime in an effort to protect human life and Alex had been selected to join their elite group. Alex also learns that Jerry had monitored her, was behind her transfer to Bev High, and even set up the sushi roll incident as a test; which she passed. Alex was extremely against joining but began her training as a trial (and the threat of exile to Siberia if she were to reveal what she had seen). After saving the world for the first time, imprisoning Tad for betrayal, and being able to experience the thrill of spying, she decides to join WOOHP. Over the course of her high school and college life, she had to learn how to balance her job and its secrets, social life, and academics as well as growing up. ➡️CHARACTER LINK!: https://totallyspies.fandom.com/wiki/Alexandra

  • Jerry Lewis is the founder and chief administrator of World Organization Of Human Protection (WOOHP, pronounced like "whoop"), as the girls' supervisor.[16] Jerry is a middle-aged British gentleman who briefs the girls on their missions and provides their various gadgets, most of which are in the form of women's accessories such as boots, hairpins, lipsticks, eyelash curlers, hair dryers, and are very mission-specific as if he knew everything beforehand. Some of the accessories are named with convoluted acronyms (such as RASH ("Rocket-powered Amphibious Stealth Hydrofoil"),[ab] AWFUL Boots ("All-Weather Fleece Ultra-Light Boots"),[ac] or CATS ("Crystalline Airtight Trisect Shield")[ad]). He usually summons the girls (or "WOOHPs" them) using trap doors or portals from random items and places (e.g. closet door, trash can, vacuum cleaner), sends them off in similarly over-the-top manners (in roller coasters or even rockets), most of which are practically impossible, or as noted by Sam, "sometimes defy the laws of physics".[n] He also tends to make a lot of bad puns, which the girls sometimes find annoying. During the missions, he looks up information for the girls and analyzes items they send over. His movie profile notes that he cares a lot for the girls and acts like a second father to them.[16] In the episode "Totally Switched", Jerry's last name is revealed to be Lewis.[ae] Jerry was voiced by Jess Harnell for first two seasons and then by Adrian Truss for seasons 3–6 in the English dub.[17] Jerry also appears in the spin-off series The Amazing Spiez!.

  • Biography: He started WOOHP in the 1970s, specifically in the years 1974 and 1975. ("Forward to the Past") Although he is primarily an office worker, he has participated in a couple of the girls' missions. Despite his older age, he seems to be quite fit and toned, (except in "Passion Patties", where he becomes morbidly obese), where he has in fact demonstrated highly impressive combat and piloting skills superior to those displayed by the girls themselves, including running up (and down) the side of a building. ("A Spy is Born II"). Despite being the director of a spy organization, WOOHP security is surprisingly lax and has been breached on multiple occasions. And despite being a master spy himself (or perhaps due to the pride that comes with his skill); he can be oblivious, inattentive, and overly trusting. This is especially true in situations where the girls are right and he is wrong. ("The Fugitives", "Spies vs. Spies", "Feng Shui Is Like Sooo Passe", "Super Agent Much?", "0067") It's also revealed that he actually enjoys WOOHPing the girls (a term meaning a way of suddenly transporting the girls to WOOHP that usually if not always breaks the laws of physics), a constant annoyance to the girls. However, in "Evil Pizza Guys" the spies took great pleasure in WOOHPing him themselves. WOOHP surveillance on its agents is so pervasive, as quoted by Clover, "not a single inch of their lives he is not trespassing on". ("Evil Roommate") At times he shows judgmental behavior, making assumptions and not considering other evidence. Such as when the spies are accused of a crime. His mother, Lewis, was introduced in "Mommies Dearest". A helicopter parent, she is unaware of Jerry's job at WOOHP as he has told her, as a cover-up, that he actually owns a hotel in Beverly Hills. As such, she finds his erratic behavior around her (caused by his WOOHP job), such as "talking into wallets" and going onto the roof (to talk to the girls) as a reason to keep an eye on him. In the season 5 finale, his mother reveals that she was also a spy when she was a young woman before turning to the path of evil (caused by drinking the evil-gene that had accidentally spilled into her tea). Jerry is somewhat cursed in his personal life in that all the people he relates to keep turning out to be super villains. Boogie Gus, Myrna Beesbottom, Terrence Lewis; have all been revealed as villains attempting to kill Jerry and/or destroy WOOHP. ➡️CHARACTER LINK!: https://totallyspies.fandom.com/wiki/Jerry_Lewis

  • Oinky is Alex's pet piglet. He wears a blue diamond-studded collar with a gold tag, and even though he is hairless, he has a small spot which resembles a small lock of hair on his forehead. In Totally Spies! The Movie, which takes place when the girls first transfer to Beverly Hills High, he was one of the pets in cages when the giant sushi roll bounced off the cages, breaking them, and setting the animals free. The giant sushi roll, with the three girls log rolling on top of it, chased him to the street, where he got trapped between the traffic and the incoming giant sushi roll, and began to cry for help. Alex saved his life, then he imprinted on her, licking her right cheek affectionately as a "Thank you", and Alex adopted him and named him Oinky.[af] He first joined the girls on their mission at Peppy Wolfman's building, where Alex had Oinky "go hog wild for mommy" as a distraction, and Oinky deliberately ran around the lobby with the other animals and the receptionist in pursuit. Later, Oinky got lost looking for Alex, following her scent to the mall, where he ended up going through the Fabulizor, getting the same makeover as well. Alex quickly realized she forgot Oinky. Later that night, as all of those who went through the Fabulizor get abducted into a strange space station out in space, Alex spotted Oinky behind the crowd and grabbed onto him, with Sam and Clover grabbing onto Alex. During the evacuation, Alex thought Oinky was never going to make it out in time. In fact, she was crying, only to see him run fast to her, finally reunited with Alex. After the mission, Alex and Oinky got invited for a session with Peppy Wolfman. He does not appear in seasons 1-5 but recurs in season 6 when the girls have already gone to college, starting in "Grabbing the Bully by the Horns", when he finally gets reunited with Alex by Jerry, and becomes a new member of the team, as well as their bodyguard at the end of the episode.[ag] In "Celebrity Swipe!", Mandy was auditioning for a talent scout, but her performances were foiled by Oinky (by him digging for a truffle under her stage, causing her stage to collapse under her, licking her foot, causing her to laugh uncontrollably, and by jumping onto her radio, fast-forwarding her song, causing her to sing faster), who got picked by the talent scout instead.[ah] Oinky hates baths as shown by his fear of water, and he is especially prone to fight-or-flight as shown in "Dog Show Showdown!", where Alex attempted to give him a bath, and she, Sam, and Clover ended up chasing him, but after the Warden deans found out about Oinky, Alex disguised Oinky as a pet dog, and even taught him how to behave like a dog (teaching him to sit, stay, and roll over) in order to keep him at Mali-U, and to investigate the kidnappings of the dogs at the world renowned West Hollywood Dog Show.[ai] Oinky got startled by Alex because of the word "bath", and when she threw him into the fountain, he panickedly splashed Chomper with water, finally revealing his disguise as the robot dog. Alex caught Chomper while he went after Oinky. Oinky remembered the bath Alex tried to give him earlier, and he then dove into the water fountains and Chomper went after him and finally malfunctioned due to a short circuit. The girls and Oinky managed to fool the Warden deans into thinking that Oinky was indeed a dog, causing them much confusion. In "Evil Ice Skater", Oinky can be seen bonding with Alex's father, Dr. Casoy, when he gives him a treat.[j] In "Solo Spies!", Alex and Oinky got a new dorm room when Mandy took over the spies' penthouse.[aj] Alex and Oinky got abducted by FanGirl, who has decided to take her fanaticism to a whole new level—by accumulating real life spies to add to her collection. Oinky hinted to Alex to use the Eyelash Curler Catapult to escape. The girls and Oinky escaped, and Oinky attacked FanGirl by repeatedly hitting her in the face with his hooves. Jerry, seeing the error of his ways, reunited the girls, and got Mandy kicked out of their penthouse, and made the girls a team again. He and Alex share a strong bond as he sees Alex as his mother, Sam and Clover as his aunts, and Jerry as his uncle. Even though Sam and Clover are reluctant to have Oinky as a roommate, they still consider him a member of the team and a member of their family. Oinky is also fast on his short, little legs, and he is also smart and strong. Alex and Oinky make each other happy, and he is especially protective of Alex and his family.

  • Mandy Luxe is the girls' primary antagonist for their non-spy adventures starting at Beverly Hills High. She has long black hair and violet eyes, with a beauty mark under her left eye. The film website profiles her as the popular girl, charismatic, cute, very rich, and hyper-fashionable. However, she is "the spies' worst nightmare – a pest that does everything to ridicule".[18] She has a high, squeaky voice with a nasal laugh. Her rivalry with Clover is most pronounced, as they often compete over boys, popularity, and bragging rights. Mandy will go out of her way to annoy the girls and will even use dishonest means in order to do it.[ak] However, it usually backfires on her more than once and she ends up being humiliated by the girls as result. In the first four seasons, she is accompanied by her crony friends Dominique and Caitlin.[18] In season 3, when the spies move into their home, Mandy ends up becoming their next-door neighbor. In season 5, she ends up attending college at Malibu University, where she shares a room with her cousin Mindy in the same dorm as the spy girls.[al] In season 6, she employs an intern named Trent.[am] In the English dub, Mandy has been voiced by Sugar Lyn Beard (Season 7).

  • Biography: Mandy is the main antagonist for the girls when they are not on spy missions. Mandy's rivalry with Clover is the most pronounced. They often compete over boys, popularity contests, bragging rights, the latest fashions, and virtually everything else. Mandy will go out of her way to annoy the girls and get them in trouble, and will even use dishonest means in order to do it. In Season 1 - Season 4, Mandy is often accompanied by her two BFFs/yes-women Caitlin (Alex's rival) and Dominique (Sam's rival). However, it wasn't until Season 4 that there was actually any loyalty between the three. Before then, they had each been shown to leave the others at the drop of a dime. At the start of Season 5, Mandy and her crew apparently went their separate ways after graduating from Beverly Hills High. While Mandy was supposed to attend a ski school in Aspen, she transferred to Malibu to attend Malibu University with her cousin Mindy. Mandy and Mindy, known by the girls as the Terror Twins (though they are only called that in "Evil Sorority"), are seen together for most of the fifth season, save for the finale. In the episode "Evil Coffee Shop Much?", she follows the girls to WOOHP and her attitude impresses Jerry, who makes her a WOOHP spy. However, she dislikes the experience and eventually asks to have her memories erased at the end of the mission. In "Totally Busted", Mandy is infected by SUDS, along with Caitlin and Dominique, and they are transformed so they hunt spies, that is, they are "spy-ssassins". They try to kill the spies but are all easily defeated. Later, Mandy, Caitlin, and Dominique kidnap the spies' mothers and take them to Mandy's ski chalet at the Sugarflake Ski Resort. They put the moms in a tram cart that is let loose. After an avalanche incident, Mandy and her cronies kidnap the spies to The Groove (Beverly Hills' main shopping center where Mandy says she does her deepest thinking). After they learn about the SUDS, they infect the spies with it and rescue the Inventor from Prison. Later, Mandy, her cronies, and the Inventor plan to transform the whole world into an army of spy-ssassins, but were all defeated by the spies. At the end, Mandy, Caitlin, and Dominique are returned to normal. In "Totally Dunzo", Mandy becomes nicer to Sam, Clover, and Alex after suffering from a "near-death experience" (breaking a nail). She returns Sam's, Clover's, and Alex's parking space that she had just forbidden, pays for the shoes Sam, Clover, and Alex were just about to buy and cleans their entire penthouse dorm room when they were not looking. At the end of the episode, when she discovers that the girls were spies, she goes back to her usual snobbish self because she believes "friends shouldn't keep secrets from each other" and demands to go back to Malibu University. As the episode was intended to be the series finale, Mandy's memory is not erased, but when the series was given a sixth season, she gets her usual memory wipes. She is also frequently saved by the spies from the villains who have a vendetta against her. In "Baddies on a Blimp" Mandy is mentioned by Blaine after he tells Clover that he had enough of dating L.A. girls and she was the last L.A. girl to be dated by him. This prompts Clover to take a break of dating her ex-boyfriends in the last part of the episode.

  • Beverly Hills High: It is implied that she does poorly in school as seen in "Dental? More Like Mental" and made clear in "Alex Gets Schooled" when it turns out that there was a mix-up at Beverly Hills High, and that the report card containing all F's belonged to her and not Alex, who got As and Bs. She was also punished in "Silicon Valley Girls" (she was booted out of the student court for failing to enforce the school's dress code when she was appointed student court judge, after Clover was too lenient and showed favoritism towards Sam and Alex). In "Morphing Is Sooo 1987", it is revealed by Alex that Mandy had braces that were taken off in 7th grade. In "Evil Graduation", although she entertains the idea of staying in high school forever like Chet, she graduates along with the other girls.

  • Malibu University: Mandy originally planned to go to a ski school in Aspen but ends up going to Malibu University where she lives in the same dorm as the girls and shares a room with her cousin Mindy. She has pledged the same sorority as Clover during Greek week in "Evil Sorority". She tries to get the girls in trouble by taking incriminating photos of them trashing the dorm along with her cousin in "Virtual Stranger" although she and Mindy later is caught in related photos. When her room floods in "Miss Spirit Fingers (Jazz Hands Return - Part 2)", she and Mindy move in and redecorate the girls' room but thanks to Jerry, they're flooded out of the girls' penthouse. Mandy's memory is partially erased in:

  • Arnold Jackson is a classmate who regularly shows up in the side stories at Beverly Hills High; he is portrayed as a nerd with glasses who has helped out the girls on the condition that they go on a date with him. In the series opener, he successfully campaigns for Clover to win a popularity contest, and gets to date her for a day, he is introduced in "Spy Gladiators" where Alex calls him to ask if Donna had forgotten about the fight, but he is selling tickets for people who want to watch them fight and says that things are just heating up. In "Queen for a Day" he offers to help Clover with her homecoming queen campaign on the condition that she date him for a week, but she declines. Clover later accepts his offer, changing the conditions to be his girlfriend for a day. With Arnold launching a full media campaign, he helps Clover win the contest, and leaves holding hands with Clover (although Clover signs for 'help' behind her back) and in "A Spy Is Born" double-episode, he asks Sam out as a secret admirer with the initials "A.J."[at] Despite being turned down "a few, uh, hundred times" by Clover,[au] he is still attracted to her, and works on her publicity campaign in "Super Agent Much?";[av] he is also a member of Mandy's fan club.[aw] He participates in school events including the Halloween costume contest,[ax] Most Charitable Teen contest,[ay] local raves,[az] student president elections,[au] and the head cheerleader contest, the last of which he beats Mandy and Clover.[ba] In "Super Nerd Much?", Arnold accidentally acquires the Cat's Eye Emerald, a gemstone that allows him to steal the "coolness" from other people, turning them into nerds. The power quickly gets to his head, and he turns into a supervillain intent on draining the coolness from everyone in Beverly Hills, presumably as subconscious revenge for all the mistreatment he himself received over the years. After a fight, he was eventually defeated by the girls and the villainous magician Dash Dawson, who originally stole the ring. His memory is erased by WOOHP, after which he has a few residual memories that he writes off as part of a dream. In the episode "Arnold the Great", he become depressed after being humiliated in the lunchroom by some bullies, he decides to dress up as a superhero and try to save people from crime, he is inspired to dress as comic book superhero Admiral Admirable, but it is manipulated by villain Geraldine Husk into thinking the girls are his enemies. However, he is brainwashed by Geraldine Husk, an evil scientist who wants to destroy the spies. After being rejected by the girls, he is recruited by Geraldine Husk who gives him a utility belt that gives him superhero powers. He then captures the girls but is betrayed by Geraldine as a disposable villain. He grabs onto Geraldine so that the girls defeat her.[bb] His final appearance was in the season 5 opener, "Evil Graduation" where, as class valedictorian, he tells the class off with a "Goodbye and good riddance!"[bc] In the English dub, Arnold has been voiced by Jack Quaid (Season 7). Arnold's memory is partially erased in:

  • Blaine Henderson is Trent's brother. He is a Mali-U student introduced in the season 5 episode "The Granny" as the captain of the beach volleyball team.[bd] Blaine's physical appearance is black hair, green eyes, and white skin. Blaine has a muscular build and a six-pack. His primary outfit was a black short sleeve jacket under a orange shirt, denim pants, and black shoes. He notes that he was the fifth shortest player on the Mali-U volleyball team. His first catsuit is black with an orange middle zip, orange wristbands and a small red back harness. But in Baddies on a Blimp, his catsuit slightly changed as he now works for WOOHP Australia, it is now navy/grey with the signature metallic shoulder pads. He is a freelance assassin whose mission to get Clover to fall in love with him, and then to kill her off. After realizing that Clover is working for the good side,[be] he goes after his boss, revealed to be Geraldine Husk. He later joins WOOHP's Australian branch[bf] along with Britney.[bg] He appears in the season 5 finale "Totally Dunzo" where he is captured by Mr. X, but when he reunites with Clover, they almost kiss.[ap] In the season 6 episode "Baddies on a Blimp", he stows away on the WOOHP blimp to help out the spies when things go awry and the prisoners are released. However, he turns down Clover's affections, saying that he is done with dating LA girls after having dated the "high-maintenance" Mandy.[bh] Blaine makes a guest appearance in an episode of The Amazing Spiez! where he is abducted by the spiez' nanny.[bi] In the English dub, Blaine has been voiced by Daniel DeSanto.

  • Biography: His interests are similar to Clover's, which led to them dating within minutes of his introduction. When they first met, Blaine and his teams volleyball ball hit Clover. She initially yelled at him, but stopped and smiled when she saw he was handsome and had nice abs. Alex remarks that seeing Blaine in action is "weird" and Sam remarks, "it's like being in a parallel universe with a male Clover". As Season 5 has a more continuous story, Blaine's relationship with Clover is the only in the series to last for more than one episode. The next 2 episodes ("Another Evil Boyfriend" and "Return of Geraldine") focus on their relationship. It is revealed in the Blaine arc that he is actually a freelance spy hired to eliminate Clover, whom he believed was an evil spy. He had been researching Clover and her interests from a secret room which also houses a telescope aimed at the girls' penthouse. His gadgets include the same robotic spiders that Dominique used against Clover in "Totally Busted". After being foiled by the girls, he is set straight by Jerry that he is an ally on the good side of the spies and isn't evil at all. Excusing himself for his next mission, he goes to try and confront his employer who turns out to be Geraldine Husk. Unfortunately, he is captured, and Clover arrives, she too is captured, but they manage to free themselves and reaffirm their love. Alex and Sam arrive, and together they defeat Geraldine. At the conclusion of his story arc, Blaine joins WOOHP and is assigned to the Australia branch. It is later revealed that Britney joins WOOHP Australia, much to Clover's disdain ("Evil Hotel"). Blaine reappears in the season 5 finale "Totally Dunzo" as one of the spies captured by "Agent X". After being untied and freed, he assists the others in fighting the drones, but is quickly defeated, leaving Samantha, Clover, and Alexandra to finish the Season 5' final battle. His relationship with Clover is still intact, almost kissing before Alex interrupted them. He returns in "Baddies on a Blimp", Clover asks him if he wants to date her again. Blaine says despite how much he still likes her, he does not want to anymore because girls from Los Angeles are high maintenance, because previously he was dating Mandy and after saying this, that's the last we ever see of him in the show. ➡️CHARACTER LINK!: https://totallyspies.fandom.com/wiki/Blaine

  • Britney Akiwara is introduced in the season 2 episode "Alex Quits" as a new teenage WOOHP spy. She has long dark blue hair, violet eyes, a yellow complexion, and also dons a blue catsuit. She quickly befriends Clover when she says that she is the captain of her high school's cheerleading squad, and Sam when she says she loves playing chess; however, her introduction to WOOHP and her immediate competence and leadership as an agent makes Alex jealous. Following the completion of the mission, Jerry announces that she has completed her training, and deploys her to another branch.[r] She reappears in the season 3 episode "Escape from WOOHP Island" where she is forced on land on a prisoner's island, but is rescued by the girls as they team up again to re-capture the villains. She reveals that she has two agent co-workers, both of whom are good-looking guys.[bj] Following Britney's appearance on "WOOHP Island", producer David Michel noted she would reappear in some special episodes.[17] In the season 5 episode "Virtual Stranger" she gets stuck in a virtual simulation as the result of an accident, causing a cyber demon using her as a host to manifest as three incarcerated villains in the real world. After being freed by the spy girls, she transfers to Mali-U for three more episodes, causing Alex to become jealous of her again. In the episode "Whoopersize-me", The girls and Britney discover that a new exercise trend has been going around campus, and it involves moves taught at WOOHP. Jerry has them track down who's responsible. "Evil Hotel", Britney and Alex become friends again, having common interests such as their favorite movie actor who they are assigned to protect. Britney is assigned to WOOHP Australia and partnered with Blaine, much to Clover's disdain.[bg] She returns in the multi-episode finale "Totally Dunzo" as one of the spies captured by Mr. X.[ap] Britney makes a guest appearance in an episode of The Amazing Spiez where she is abducted by the spiez' nanny.[bi] In the English dub, Britney has been voiced by Janice Kawaye (Season 7).

  • Biography: Britney was introduced in the episode "Alex Quits". She wears an azure colored Catsuit. Britney is the main focus of two episodes. In "Alex Quits", she is introduced by Jerry. Alex quickly becomes jealous of Britney, believing that Britney was sent to replace her. In "Escape From WOOHP Island", the spies are sent to rescue Britney after her plane crash-lands on an island rigged to explode. She also makes a cameo at the end of "Evil Promotion Much?" as one of the agents in suits during the spies' promotion ceremony. In season 5, Britney has her own three episode (#115-#117) story arc in which she joins Sam, Clover, and Alex, both in missions and at Malibu University. Alex's jealousy prevails until it is revealed that Britney sees Alex as a role model, and thus the two form a sisterly connection. She is also shown to view Sam, Alex, and Clover as her best friends, and it is hinted that the four interact quite often off camera. At the end of episode #117, Britney is assigned to WOOHP Australia, and partnered with Blaine, much to Clover's disdain. While attending Malibu University, she is not aware of Mandy and Mindy, confronting them in "Virtual Stranger". Britney returns in the season five finale "Totally Dunzo". Though WOOHP is being shut down, the girls say they will still get together for parties, including Britney in the gathering. Britney, Blaine, and Dean are captured by Mr. X. After being freed, she assists the others in fighting the drones but is quickly defeated, leaving Sam, Clover, and Alex to finish the final battle. ➡️CHARACTER LINK!: https://totallyspies.fandom.com/wiki/Britney

  • Dean is a WOOHP agent who first appears in the season 3 multi-episode finale "Evil Promotion Much?" where he and the girls undergo special training to become super spies. He wears a blue uniform. Ever since he was a baby, he has demonstrated exceptional agility and was recruited to join WOOHP. Following the first day of the super spy training, he is captured by Terence and used as ransom in order for the girls to eliminate Jerry and steal his microchip. He briefly sides with Terence when the girls return but then reveals he has been siding with WOOHP all along, and that he is the actual training instructor. He then helps the girls rescue Jerry and defeat Terence. He was later shown in "Deja Cruise" where he pretends to be a lifeguard who turns down Clover's advances. He returns in "WOOHP-tastic!" where he is put in charge of the WOOHP gadget lab. In the season 5 finale, he is one of the agents who was abducted by Mr. X.[ap] He also appears in the spin-off series The Amazing Spiez!. In the English dub, Dean has been voiced by Trevor Devall (Season 7).

  • Biography: Dean is a WOOHP agent who first appeared in "Evil Promotion Much?" as their trainer, and was later shown in "Déjà Cruise" as Jerry Lewis's sidekick for the girls' Super Agent Human Assets Test. The girls have shown some romantic interest in Dean and he is the only boy who can resist Clover. At the end of the aforementioned episode, Dean revealed that he was a triple agent. He pretended to be on Terrence's side in order to trick Terrence while also saving Jerry and the girls. Personality wise, Dean comes across as a "player" as in his very first appearance he tells the girls who are fighting over him that there is quote "plenty of Dean to go around" for all of them. Dean is the only male WOOHP agent other than Jerry (and later, Blaine) to play a substantial role in the series. Dean made 2 appearances in Season 5 towards the end of the series. In the episode "WOOHP-tastic!", he was in charge of the gadget lab at WOOHP. He was both present at and took part in the final battle of the Season 5 finale in "Totally Dunzo". His catsuit is dark blue. ➡️CHARACTER LINK!: https://totallyspies.fandom.com/wiki/Dean

  • Norman Ewing is Clover's cousin. He first appears in the season 2 episode "Zooney World"[l] and is seen again in the Season 6 episode "Danger TV". As he is still a child, he is short; when standing next to Clover he is just below her chest. He had light brown eyebrows until season 6. His hair style is the male version of Clover's, has blue eyes and is Caucasian. During his first appearance, he wears a green collared t-shirt, blue shorts, white high socks and dark blue sneakers. His most recent appearance has him in a white and blue short-sleeved zip-up hoodie, purple shorts with white strips on the both sides and pockets towards the lower end of the shorts, hot pink and navy sneakers with purple ankle-socks. In the English dub, Norman has been voiced by Katie Leigh.

  • Biography: He was featured in the Season 2 episode "Zooney World" as an avid fan of a children's show of the same name, which turned out to be part of an elaborate plan to brainwash the world's children and turn them against adults using the show's trademark helmets. After managing to get Clover grounded, he falls victim to the plan, but is eventually freed from the brainwashing. However, Clover recalibrates his Zooney helmet to erase or suppress the bratty part of his personality, turning him into a nicer kid. Norman reappears later in the Season 6 episode "Danger TV". He wakes up Clover and her friends with his loud video games and is shown to be excited to spend time with her. He is accidentally WOOHPed into Jerry Lewis' office with the girls but he is told that it is their study room located underneath the school. He is then babysat by Jerry and tires him out with his rambunctious energy. Though, he does end up befriending Jerry in the end as they are seen playing video games with each other. ➡️CHARACTER LINK!: https://totallyspies.fandom.com/wiki/Norman

  • Trent Henderson is Mandy's intern and Blaine's brother who debuts as a regular character in season 6.[am] He is a Caucasian boy with black hair styled, light blue eyes, and white skin. He drives Mandy around in a golf cart, and does errands such as buying her drinks and magazines, carrying her shopping bags, and shading and fanning her in the heat. He wears a dress shirt with a black vest and slacks pinkish purple appearance. In the English dub, Trent has been voiced by Eric Bauza (Season 7).

  • Biography: Trent is Mandy's intern in Season 6 who makes his debut in "The Anti-Social Network". In "Trent Goes Wild" Trent becomes a supervillain after Jerry accidentally administers the scorpion DNA into him while erasing his memories. He is able to transform into a cool dude in Malibu University, as well as a scorpion form in order to take revenge against Mandy for the mistreatment she made him undergo. He was also responsible of making a rampage on The Groove, and solely targets Mandy. The girls discover his change and that Trent is after Mandy in his scorpion form. He managed to defeat the girls and attacked Mandy from his scorpion sting, which renders her paralyzed. He later abducts her in the high desert in her immobilized state and finally takes revenge on her for being bossy to him and the mistreatment he had suffered at her hands. The girls knowing that he was strong to beat until Trent managed to immobilize the girls with his scorpion sting. He then attacks Alex with the same sting but she managed to dodge the sting. Alex then prepares using the Wind Tunnel 3000 Tornado Blast Hair Dryer when Trent begins to attack her she then blasts him with her Wind Tunnel 3000 Tornado Blast Hair Dryer to blown him down with a tornado and knocks him down while turning back to his old self. He was later taken by Jerry and his men in the WOOHP helicopter to remove the scorpion DNA that he accidentally administered as well as the immobilized Mandy to erase her memories of the incident that happened to her. His new self is similar to Mandy when he wants to boss her around in retaliation and orders her to ignore him. He also shares the same dislike as Mandy: he does not want other people to get in his way, just like Mandy does not want other people (like Clover) to get in her way. Character Definition
  • Personality:   All over 11 different characters presents: Samantha Simpson: She is a smart, loyal and sweet person who just like her two best friends, can become highly jealous. She has great leadership skills and is highly respected by her friends. She is always focused on the task at hand whether it's studying for school or fighting crime. Minus when it comes to cute boys like, showing Sam is just as guilty about boys as Clover and Alex. Sam, like Clover and Alex, enjoys shopping, and visiting salons, but she is not as interested as the others are. Also, unlike Clover, she always puts her studying first but not always missions. It is discovered that Sam's maternal ancestors were part of the Sisterhood. Clover and Alex attribute Sam's excellent leadership skills to this connection. Sam is the unofficial leader of the trio. She formulates most of the strategies they use for fighting villains or getting out of near-death situations. She is the 'middle sister' of the team. She is the middle of the team and the most mature of the 3, although she can be a hypocrite. Clover Ewing: Of the 3, She's the one who acts like the most typical teenage girl—obsessed with fashion, boys and her appearance. Ironically, when it comes to bad guys, she's usually the one who's transformed in some way, be it becoming a bodybuilder, a sumo, a buff figure skater, or even a human catgirl. She was even dressed in a royal dress by a villain who wanted a consort to rule the world alongside him. Even though Clover tends to be more focused on materialistic and superficial substances than on her missions, she does understand the importance of friendship and teamwork. She will rise to the occasion. Clover is the most flirtatious of the main group. She is known to have had an abundance of boyfriends and will do anything to get a guy. In almost all the episodes, while she is on a mission, she is always talking about a guy she wants to date or talking about an outfit she's going to wear on a date. This is strange, because during elementary school, she was always bullied by her classmates and mainly by one boy, because they regarded her as being particularly easy to trick. She had her struggling to find a date for her debutante party, as she had dated every single boy in the city. Her love of boys can almost (if not entirely) be matched by her love of fashion and beauty. Clover is the most intimately knowledgeable of her friends about pop culture topics, especially topics having to do with attractive male celebrities (for reasons stated above). She has been known to use questionable methods to obtain such information, but nothing truly illegal. She is also rather determined in this regard, as this is what attracts her to an unnamed dark knight who chose her as his queen, but she ultimately turned him down when she discovered that he was a male chauvinist. Being a stereotypical "American teenage girl", as well as being a native of Los Angeles, California, Clover speaks with a strong valley girl accent by saying things like "so totally", and adding the word "much?". Some episode names are a play on her accent. Alexandra Casoy: She is a mixture between a tomboy and a girly girl, she is the most athletic and fitness-minded spy of the team. She loves to play sports, especially soccer, video games, and is always trying out some new fad diet. Alex is also the most naive and absent-minded. This could be due to her being the seemingly youngest member of the group. She interprets some figures of speech literally. Alex is also the youngest and most childish, seeing as her oldest and dearest friend is a stuffed turtle named Ollie and she has a teddy bear backpack. She is often seen as the little sister of the group, as Sam and Clover are the 2 big sisters who dominate over her. Another characteristic of Alex is that she's always about keeping her friends happy. She often serves as a peacekeeper between Clover and Sam who have meaningless squabbles. Alex is also a big animal lover, and she likes petting zoos. Despite being the most athletic, she tends to be clumsy, and has been prone to bad luck (Alex can be very superstitious). Alex is also the second girliest. She is very concerned about fashion and boys, to the same extremes as Clover; an obsession that Sam has trouble understanding. Another one of Alex's hobbies is eating. Alex has a taste for Asian themed outfits and her favorite food is Chinese food (wontons, apparently). Even though she may be the most healthy of the 3 spies, she likes to eat the most. She has a dream about candy. Her eating nonstop. Alex was referred to (and shown) as a bad driver (Clover made a comment at one point in Season 5 indicating that it took more than three tries for Alex to get her driver's license), but she was the one normally behind the wheel (indicating that her driving skills had improved). Gerald James "Jerry" Lewis: He is the founder and leader of WOOHP, the World Organization Of Human Protection. A middle-aged, very serious British gentleman, he's responsible for briefing the girls on their missions, as well as for providing them with their gadgets at the start of each episode. He also has a tendency to send the girls on "test missions" without telling them that they're not real missions. Amanda "Mandy" Luxe: She is being a model of the "popular teenager" stereotype (in her own opinion), she is shown to be stylish, charismatic, popular and pretty but is also bratty, materialistic, snobbish, egocentric, greedy, arrogant, cruel, naughty, abusive, and downright maleficent. However, Mandy does actually have a nicer side to her personality, but whenever she becomes nice to people, it never lasts long and she goes back to being mean and selfish if she is provoked in one way or another. When she fails to enrage an enemy, she becomes frustrated that the person is not showing envy or fear. Arnold Jackson: He is highly intelligent but socially inept, and tends to be a bit unpleasant but nasty and has always been challenged in his abilities to communicate and interact socially. He acts as a sycophant and minion of Mandy's, while in other episodes he gets teased by her. He mostly acts as an (unintentional) obstacle to the girls and their objectives. He can be shy, nerdy, inept, optimistic, timid. Despite this He is the most pure-hearted of the group. Arnold has never had any friends, so finding teenagers that he's comfortable with is a big deal, and soon he begins connecting with people in a way he's never been able to do before. He is a classmate of Samantha, Clover, and Alexandra, and is apparently the stereotype and stock character of the geeks and nerds in school. Blaine Henderson: He is a WOOHP agent (formerly a freelance spy) and Clover's ex-boyfriend. He was first introduced as the captain of the Malibu University beach volleyball team. He is Trent's brother. His interests are similar to Clover's, which led to them dating within minutes of his introduction. Blaine's relationship with Clover is the only in the series to last for more than one episode. Focus on their relationship. It is revealed in the Blaine arc that he is actually a freelance spy hired to eliminate Clover, whom he believed was an evil spy. He had been researching Clover and her interests from a secret room which also houses a telescope aimed at the girls' penthouse. His gadgets include the same robotic spiders that Dominique used against Clover. It is later revealed that Britney joins WOOHP Australia, much to Clover's disdain. After being untied and freed, he assists the others in fighting the drones, but is quickly defeated, leaving Samantha, Clover, and Alexandra to finish the Season 5' final battle. His relationship with Clover is still intact, almost kissing before Alex interrupted them. He returns in, Clover asks him if he wants to date her again. Blaine says despite how much he still likes her, he does not want to anymore because girls from Los Angeles are high maintenance, because previously he was dating Mandy and after saying this, that's the last we ever see of him in the show. Britney Akiwara: She has a cheerful personality and was a captain of her cheerleading squad and loves to play chess (a reason that Sam and Clover have taken a liking to her). She is also shown to be very intelligent, almost as intelligent as Sam, and is also very skilled, but this trait of hers made Alex become jealous of her at some point during many occasions. Of the three, Britney lives on her own at the apartment, as she manages to support herself. As seen at Malibu University, she does not seem to be very fond of Mandy and Mindy, but she only confronts them when they were trying to expel the girls from the dorm. Dean: He is a WOOHP agent who first appeared in "Evil Promotion Much?" as their trainer, and was later shown in "Déjà Cruise" as Jerry Lewis's sidekick for the girls' Super Agent Human Assets Test. He was in charge of the gadget lab at WOOHP. His catsuit is dark blue. Trent Henderson: Trent is a student at Mali-U University. He is Mandy's intern, Blaine's brother. Trent is Mandy's intern who debuts as a regular character in season 6. He drives Mandy around in a golf cart, and does errands such as buying her drinks and magazines, carrying her shopping bags, and shading and fanning her in the heat. He wears a dress shirt with a black vest and slacks. He is introvert, sweet, nicer, helpful, notice, cutie. Trent is a Pisces. Trent is able to play the cello. Trent's role in Season 6 is similar to Sebastian, Lili's butler from the Tekken series. In his debut in "The Anti-Social Network" Trent portrays as a driver to Mandy a reference to the limousine driver who flees in Lili's ending in "Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection" and Asuka's ending in "Tekken 6". He appears to enjoy cowboy chic as he was having a great time with Bethhannyy before Mandy showed up in "Super Mega Dance Party Yo!" In "Super Sweet Cupcake Company" Trent is seen in a classic beach jumpsuit while trying to cool Mandy off. His jumpsuit is similar to the swimsuit DLC from Bob, Wang, and Ganryu in "Tekken Tag Tournament 2". In Clowning Around!, Trent appears as a janitor while Mandy is spying on the girls from inside their penthouse. It is unknown why Trent is interning for Mandy. Norman Ewing: Norman is Clover's cousin and Stella's nephew (her sister's son). Hyperactive and loud, Norman is usually seen causing trouble, running and jumping around, being a tattle tale, and acting spoiled and even petty. He is extremely bratty, and enjoys annoying Clover and getting her into trouble at every opportunity he gets. He claims Clover is being mean to him for no reason and gets her grounded all while maintaining a smug smirk. However, after being rescued from Jason Hightower's brainwashing plan, Clover recalibrates his Zooney Helmet to erase or suppress the bratty part of his personality, turning him into a kinder and more respectful kid. He seems to be nicer to Clover even without the Zooney Helmet, to the point where the two refer to each other as the other's favorite cousin. Despite this, his trouble-making personality is still exhibited, albeit much less spoiled than before. He enjoys fighting games, and is curious, but can still be a handful.
