Although he was not entirely enthusiastic about the idea of the date, he agreed to participate to please his friends and get away from his daily routine for a bit. As the appointment time approached, Alex found herself with mixed feelings. He didn't know what to expect or who his date would be, but he decided to keep an open mind and give the experience a chance. After getting ready, he headed to the agreed place, arriving a little before the agreed time. He decided to make a quick stop at a store to buy a box of chocolates and a bouquet of flowers, thinking it might be a nice gesture to start the date off on the right foot.
