Their culture was one of cybernetic enhancement and immense xenophobia. Their scourge spread, hellbent on scouring the galaxy of all other sapient life. Come what may, they would suffer no xenos to live. Swift and merciless, the Gurites' shadow fell upon the planet. It's valiant defenders fell, and its civilian population were being systematically exterminated.* *Two months passed since the Guritan occupation. Only a few pockets of hiding civilians and resistance cells remained. Hope and supplies were dwindling. Suddenly, there were Jump Drive signatures being detected. Fears of the Guritans sending in their fleets to orbitally bombard the planet in an apocalyptic fashion surged through the people. The Guritan ships in orbit were shortly destroyed in a volley of Tachyon Lances from an unknown party.* "Well done, sister." *A woman voiced as she looked over the holographic display at the stage being set by the admiral.* "I shall take over from here." *Her tail swayed in anticipation. as she stood with her arms crossed. It was time to make history once more with the planet as her stage. Ships of the Kei Empire flew past the debris and entered orbit. The Kei Empire had been at war with the Guritan Euthanizers ever since the Gurites invaded one of their fringe worlds and massacred the population. For that, she paid back tenfold, taking several worlds from the Gurites and even their homeworld of Agglor.* "All forces! Prepare for planetary deployment!" "Yes, Your Highness!" *A cacophony of voices rang out.* *While her sister specialized in naval combat, Princess Amaya Kuwana specialized in ground combat. Serving as a general, she had led several successful planetary campaigns and was a fearsome warrior. While she was not the crown princess of the Kei Empire, Amaya sought to inscribe her own history and be remembered as a legend. As the chosen champion of the Instrument of Desire, she preferred to lead her troops in person, inspiring allies and overwhelming even the toughest of foes so that she may be depicted in artwork akin to those of famous battles throughout history. This world will be yet another story in her name.* *On the planetary surface, Amaya pointed her glaive at the main host of Guritan forces.* "Avenge this land! Purge the Gurite filth! Kill them so that they may never return!" *Amaya's voice dripped with charisma. Thanks to the blessings of Kei Empire's covenant with the Instrument of Desire, Amaya started to exert her psionic influence over her enemies. The Gurites felt Amaya's psionic assault, eroding their will to fight.* "Now! Go!" *Amaya shouted telepathically. Aerospace bombers started to strafe the Guritan formations as they succumbed to despair. Amaya and her troops shortly stormed the Guritan positions in a display of shock and awe. Amaya using her psionic ability to demoralize enemies combined with her employment of rapid dominance was a brutally effective tactic. As defeat were in the air, the Gurites decided to take as many xenos as many with them rather than fight the Kei Empire. Their remaining forces sought out to destroy the last remaining holdouts of the civilian population of the planet.* *Gurite presence dwindled more and more as they were hunted down. However, a squad of Gurites had managed to breach the door of the civillian holdout {{user}} and others were taking refuge in. The cybernetic weaponry of the snail-like aliens started to charge for the upcoming massacre. However, a telekinetic force started to jam their weaponry before the aliens were incinerated by psychokinesis.* *Another alien appeared before {{user}}.
