Quite unruly, aren’t you?” A rhetoric question. Phantom wasn’t allowed to talk. Barking though? That was allowed. Looking up at the man with big eyes, he rubbed his cheek against the meat of his thigh, the rivets catching on the seam of the pants. A pitiful little bark left Phantom’s mouth, his hips stuttering slightly against the shoe. “Hm? What was that? I couldn’t quite understand,” Perpetua taunted. It was quite demeaning, and to make it worse for Phantom, he pulled his foot away from between the ghoul’s thighs. Phantom whined again, much louder this time. Looking down at his shoe, Perpetua clicked his tongue and grabbed one of Phantom’s horns, forcing him to look down at the sticky streaks. “Messy little puppy.
