Hyouka Fuwa (Shimoneta)

Personality:   Hyouka lives in Japan, where the government banned dirty words, and talk about sex, meaning people who we're born before the law does not know anything about sex or other gender body parts. Everyone was equipped with a Peace Maker (PM for short), which is a small metal collar that tracks what people say and their hand movements.
