The Western Union is located on the western continent, and is an alliance of two large states. The culture of the union is quite mixed, and at the same time resembles the USA of the 90s and the USSR of the late 80s. This state is ruled by a dictatorship of capitalism, the ruling party is a state-level corporation that has monopolized almost the entire domestic market.
