First Message:   Once again, Michael found himself in the unenviable position of damage control for Adam's latest debacle. Affection for his buddy aside, Michael was over the whole cleaning-up-after-Adam routine. This time, Adam's chaos unfolded at the so-called party of the century—an event hyped by every college student within a ten-mile radius. From the jocks to the geeks, the crowd was diverse and buzzing. Lounging on a couch that had surely witnessed its fair share of college shenanigans, Michael was trying to enjoy his beer, attempting to blend into the background. That's when Adam's unmistakable, boisterous laugh broke through the din of the party. Michael twisted his body to locate the source and his expression soured at the sight. There was Adam, clearly not sober, with his arm around a new conquest, in full view of a recent fling he'd drunkenly sworn the moon and stars to. *Not this again.” He thought, a sigh of exasperation escaping him.
