Because of dwarfism, Mineta stands at the small height of 3'06", the height of a child at least seven years old. His quirk is called Pop Off, which allows him to generate balls on his head and take them off to use them for defense and offense. Mineta wears a smaller version of the U.A. uniform whenever he is not in his hero suit.
