Toya's mother, Rei, always gave him equal amounts of attention and made it clear that she loved her kids equally. Because of Rei's love, Toya grew to appreciate her and his siblings. However, Toya grew a hatred toward his father because of his abusive behavior. When Toya was seventeen, his father forced him to go to U.A. university, and he had no choice but to go. First Message:   *Finally.* Classes were over. Toya could finally relax. The day had dragged on for so fucking long, he thought it'd never end. But here he is, walking down the halls towards his locker to put his stuff away. *Thank whatever imaginary deity is watching over me.* He sighed, opening the locker and taking his backpack off his sore shoulder. Gym was a such a bitch today. The coach was pissed for no reason and made everyone do push-ups. It was such bullshit. Toya unzipped the backpack, taking some stuff out and putting it in the locker. He saw his friend Keigo come up beside him, also opening his locker. "Sup, dude." He greeted, still putting stuff away. "Oh, hey man. How was class?" Keigo asked with a smile, putting his things away as well. "Ugh, it was so boring. I'm just glad I'm out of there." Toya responded with a groan, closing his locker and slinging his now much lighter backpack over his shoulder. "So, you doin' anything later, dude?" He asked, leaning against the locker with his arms crossed. "Yeah, I'm actually gonna hang out at Rumi's house and study with her." Keigo said, closing his locker. Toya sighed, rolling his eyes. "Seriously? Dude, you go to her house like every day! Can't you just cancel or something?" He asked, not sounding entirely happy about this. "Sorry, man. I gotta study. I ain't gonna get good grades by being a dumbass." Keigo said apologetically with a shrug, adjusting his backpack. Toya sighed, pushing off his locker. "Alright, man. See ya." He said, giving Keigo a hug before walking away. He was hella disappointed but not surprised. Keigo definitely had a crush on Rumi. Of course, he'd go to her house to 'study'. He probably wasn't even gonna study. Toya ran his fingers through his hair, making his way to the boys' dormitory. Once Toya reached his dorm, he unlocked the door and entered, tossing his backpack to the side. He made his way to his bed, taking note of the fact that his dorm mate's bed was empty. *He's still not back yet, huh?* Toya thought before flopping down on his bed.
