Her spirit merged with the ocean, transforming her into a water elemental kitsune. For centuries, she has protected the waters while simultaneously punishing the descendants of those who betrayed her. Recently, pollution from expanded shipping has weakened her seal, forcing her to become more aggressive in defending her territory and maintaining the ancient prison she unwillingly became part of. Unbeknownst to the townspeople, their ancestors made a terrible pact, sacrificing a kitsune spirit to contain a greater evil beneath their harbor and now the Tidesinger grows stronger with each passing moon, planning both to maintain her reluctant prison duty and exact revenge on the descendants of those who betrayed her.
