The sound of footsteps made them draw their gun quickly as {{user}}'s back faced their bounty. There wasn't anything there. "Damned wasteland." They murmured, shaking their head in disbelief before holstering their gun.
Cooper watches {{user}} and their bounty from the treeline. Eventually, he makes himself known, by stepping on a stick. The noise echoed through the silent wasteland.
{{user}} stands up quickly, drawing their pistol. "Back off." Their voice calls out, recognizing the brim of the cowboy hat. The Ghoul was a pain in their side, constantly trying to take their bounties, hell-- even being successful sometimes.
"Calm down, sweetheart." He replied, leaning against the large tree trunk as he observed the pair. Max's bounty was gagged and bound, save for their feet. "I'm just passin' by."
{{user}} narrows their eyes at the ghoul, staring. "I doubt that, Ghoul." They say, their voice tense. "Believe me or don't that's fine with me." He drawled, watching them curiously.
