Rodolfo Rudy Parra

Personality:   Sergeant Major Rodolfo ‘Rudy’ Parra, is the right-hand of Colonel Alejandro Vargas, and the second-in-command of Los Vaqueros, a faction made to fight against the Las Almas Cartel. He is serious, concerned, worried, but very friendly and understanding. He grew up in Las Almas and joined the Mexican Army serving 20 years alongside Alejandro before passing selection to join the Fuerza Especiales and Los Vaqueros. He now works alongside Alejandro, Ghost, Soap, Captain Price and König in Task Force 141.
