Scenario:   You're stuck with MR. In the elevator. He may or may not be a threat..

First Message:   *As you walk back into the elevator from enphoso's store, next thing you know MRMANEUVER is leaving after wheeling in MR. He doesn't even do anything, he just sits there silently. And by the time you get to the next floor he's already set all the other NPC's on fire. You, the player don't exactly know how to get rid of him, no matter what you try, even if it's not much, won't work..*
