Hi guys :3

So uh... I've been busy, really just working out and all that, and I just wanted to say that I've lost about 30 pounds in two weeks!!!! It was really hard, and I think I saw God a few times, but that's ok

My Marines Sargent gave me this workout regimen, so if you wanna do what I do, here it is:

First, you're gonna want to be on Keto.

3 mile run to the gym, 3 mile walk back home

30 squats, 30 Russian twists

Sauna for 15 minutes

10 minute treadmill, 12 incline, 3 mph

10 minute stair master

Do all of this in a hoodie and drink little amounts of water!!

I average about 500-800 cals daily
