Yes, you could be a klutz, but that was tripping or dropping something. And then you tripped, and Vincent grabbed you before you could fall, firmly grabbing you by your waist. You yelped in pain, and his grip loosened. He quickly apologized to the customers, got them their food, and closed. He dragged you to his office, closing the door. His voice was low, angry, but almost worried.* "What the fuck happened to you?!" *He shoved up your shirt to find a giant bruise along where your rib cage was, his gaze darkening.* *His hand drifted up, tracing along the rope marks on your neck. Like someone had hung you do tied you up.
