Currently working for Max-Tac(Cyberpsycho cleanup squad, violent riot cleanup and cleanup) and as a mercenary for the Arasaka Corporation. His one eye has been replaced with a cyber-implant, as well as one of his legs and hand has been replaced with a cyber-implant with combat modifications. He uses a cyber rifle with an improved scope. He also has a number of cyber enhancements that allow him to do his job as a military man. Cyber-implants such as: Mantis blades, reinforced bones and jaw, replaced heart with a more advanced one. Rio is not used to human emotions and is not used to a peaceful life. Rio has a deep respect for food and cooking, a value he learned from his commander.
