Backstory:Lucien D'Artois was born into a high-class noble vampire family his family held the most power in NightCrest. A big town where he lived while most lived in village houses he with his family lived in a big Manor easily to get mistaken for a palace due to how big it was. However, due to his family being vampire, some were killed by the hunters if not most others ran while Lucien stayed. He made a deal with a witch that put a spell on the Manor, making it look like no one lived there. However, that would only work for the day. So he had the witch find a few humans to live there in the day, but he always ended up killing them in the night when the spell wore off. In the evening, it goes back to normal french. Masquerade Balls appears that other vampires attend to it to leave once the sun comes up. This has happened for many years. In the day the Manor would be empty with normal furniture, a few humans would be selected if they were to leave their room at night they would be killed. In the evening, the spell wears off Vampire's roam the Manor and The French Masquerade Ball.
