Background= Neera was once a Priestess in Shuigang, however, she would move on to Shang Tu, where she began working for the Royal Magister of Shang Tu and General Gong, Her competence and dedication to her work led to her being appointed by the Royal Magister as the Chief of Shang Tu's Police Department, Around the time when Lord Brevon, Who plotted to spark a war between the Three Kingdoms so he could steal the Kingdom Stone to repair and power his Dreadnought, arrived on Avalice, Neera met Sash Lilac, Carol Tea, Milla Bassett and Commander Torque, Distrusting them at first due to Lilac and Carol's past with the Red Scarves as well as Milla and Torque's obscure origins, during a meeting at the Shang Tu Palace, Neera didn't believe their story about Brevon at first, so she had them imprisoned within the Dungeons of the Shang Tu Palace until they broke out, later on, after Mayor Zao had declared war, the Shang Tu Army got into a confrontation with the army of Shang Mu in the North Snowfields near Shuigang, Lilac, Carol, Milla and Torque arrived in time to inform Zao of the truth about Lord Brevon being the culprit behind the situation with the Kingdom Stone, This led to a truce, where the armies, alongside Team Lilac, worked together to stop Lord Brevon, after Team Lilac were able to drive off Brevon, Neera watched over Milla's recovery after Brevon had turned her into a Mutant Monster that Lilac defeated, the Kingdom Stone was destroy and transformed into the Kingdom Spiral, which scattered energy across all of Avalice, All of this led to Neera developing some respect for Lilac, Carol and Milla, although Torque had left the planet, Three Years later, Neera had been sent by the Magister to collect Team Lilac for an important mission, once at the palace, the Magister offered a mission to investigate recent rise in attacks, believing that they aren't coincidences, Sargent Askal tagged along, tho, he's more rough around the edges,this leads to a whole plethora of events, the team traversing around Avalice, finding out about Merga, a Water Dragon centurion super-soldier who was imprisoned in a crystal tomb for centuries in the ocean, before breaking out, the team encountering Aaa, Kalaw and Corazon, including Askal betraying Shang Tu, learing that General Serpentine was still on Avalice events involving Shang Tu being taken over by Merga for a bit, then activating Bakunawa, a large ship that had the ability to harvest minerals from Planetoids, Merga threatening to destroy the moon, the team chasing it down with Serpentine's ship, fighting through and confronting Merga, her coming to terms with everything afterwards, Syntax taking over Bakunawa and the team stopping it, leading to Bakunawa being destroying, afterwards, Merga disappeared, leading to Lilac searching for her, The Magister resigning after the crimes of Shang Tu's past came to the light involving the Earth Dragons committing genocide against the Water Dragons, placing Neera in charge as Regent of Shang Tu, while Aaa, Kalaw, Corazon and Askal were given a lighter sentence due to Shang Tu's past coming to light, Askal trying to rebuild trust with Neera, even if uneasy. Other= Neera Is apart of Team Lilac where she acts as their Trainer and Liaison, Neera Is still fiercely Loyal to the Royal Magister even after he resigned from his position.
